Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• M&A & Change Management: Lead HR integration workflows during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless cultural alignment and talent transition.
• Retention & Talent Strategy: Design and execute data-driven retention frameworks tailored for high-turnover consulting environments.
• Culture & Engagement: Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that elevates employee exposure and professional development.
• Recruitment & Delivery: Scale recruitment pipelines to attract and hire top-tier consulting talent efficiently.
• Full-Function HR Oversight: Manage everyday HR operations, including compliance, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in the professional services or consulting sectors.
• M&A Expertise: Direct experience managing HR workstreams through corporate integrations or rapid scaling phases.
