IT Administrator / (Senior) IT Administrator

Apex.AI is an international software company developing safety-certified, developer-friendly, and scalable software for mobility and autonomous systems. Our technology enables companies to build software-defined vehicles and intelligent machines faster, safer, and more efficiently.
We are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator / (Senior) IT Administratorto take ownership of the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our IT environment in Germany while supporting our international teams.
This is a highly practical role for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, administering systems, supporting users, and continuously improving IT infrastructure. You will work across Linux and macOS endpoints, identity and access management, cloud services, networks, security tooling, and on-premises infrastructure.
You will be a key point of contact for IT topics in our Munich office and work closely with Engineering, DevOps, HR, and other business functions.
In addition to your core IT responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of Information Security and compliance, including ISO 27001 and TISAX. Previous compliance experience is welcome but not required—we are looking for someone who is interested in learning and growing in this area.

This role is located in our Munich office. Authorization to work in Germany is required.
