Job's mission
As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) at ASM, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations. This role is your chance to gain hands-on experience with our advanced semiconductor equipment and contribute to our customers’ success by ensuring our technology performs flawlessly. Join a supportive team and grow your technical skills in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
What you will be working on
Installation and setup of ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and basic tool performance checks.
Complete structured training in ASM system operation and customer support.
Document service activities and provide internal updates.
Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
at least 6 years of relevant experiences(cs, field service)
A candidate who is willing to work in either Icheon or Cheongju
Strong interest in semiconductor equipment and field service work.
Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems or automation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in Korean and English.
Commute regularly to sites in Icheon, with occasional travel to Cheongju and other sites as well.
Willingness to work in cleanroom environments.
