Creospan is seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Developers , below are the details Lead end-to-end modernization of Fundmaster user experiences and supporting Java services. This hands-on role owns architecture and delivery across React, Java, Spring Boot, APIs, SQL, performance engineering, observability, CI/CD, releases, and production stability.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead design and delivery of responsive React applications and scalable Java backend services.
· Define reusable frontend architecture, component patterns, state-management practices, API integration standards, accessibility, and coding conventions.
· Establish service design, testing, security, logging, error handling, and operational-readiness standards.
· Lead architecture, design, code, test-strategy, and production-readiness reviews.
· Drive performance, scalability, reliability, resilience, security, accessibility, and observability.
· Investigate frontend latency, API bottlenecks, JVM issues, database connection problems, slow SQL, and scalability limitations.
· Establish Dynatrace dashboards, tracing, logging, alerting, and support practices.
· Lead critical incident resolution, mentor full-stack engineers, and communicate risks and decisions to business and management stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills
· Java 8-17, Spring Boot, WebFlux, Spring JDBC, Spring AOP, and CompletableFuture.
· React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and component architecture.
· REST APIs, microservices, state management, API integration, validation, and error handling.
· JVM diagnostics, performance tuning, Dynatrace, GitHub, CI/CD, Linux, and Tomcat.
· Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-platform concepts.
· Automated frontend, backend, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Strong SQL and Data Capabilities
Strong SQL capability is mandatory, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, transactions, indexes, execution-plan analysis, query optimization, data reconciliation, and database troubleshooting. The candidate must guide data-access design across frontend workflows, APIs, services, and relational databases.

Exp Level- 5-10 yrs
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in financial services, investment operations, accounting, reconciliation, or asset servicing.
· Experience modernizing legacy or mission-critical enterprise applications.
· Exposure to AS400/IBM i and DB2.
· Azure or AWS experience; Docker and Kubernetes exposure.
