About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Admin Head to take complete responsibility for the administration and day-to-day operational management of Drone City at Sisai. The role will involve managing infrastructure, facilities, vendors, manpower coordination, security, logistics, compliance, and overall administrative operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the entire Drone City.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in administration, facility management, vendor management, team coordination, and large-scale operational management.
Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end responsibility for the administration and operational functioning of Drone City.
Manage day-to-day activities across the entire Drone City and ensure smooth operations.
Oversee facilities, infrastructure, housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, and other administrative services.
Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and external agencies.
Develop and maintain strong vendor networks and service partnerships for operational requirements.
Ensure timely availability of essential resources, equipment, materials, and services.
Supervise administrative and support staff and ensure proper allocation of responsibilities.
Coordinate manpower requirements and maintain discipline and operational standards.
Manage security and safety arrangements across the Drone City premises.
Monitor maintenance of buildings, offices, training areas, warehouses, common areas, and other facilities.
Handle procurement and administrative requirements, including quotations, vendor negotiations, purchase coordination, and service contracts.
Maintain administrative records, documentation, inventory, assets, and facility-related reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, safety requirements, licenses, permits, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and senior management for smooth execution of operational activities.
Plan and manage logistics for events, training programs, government visits, startup activities, demonstrations, and other Drone City programs.
Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
Prepare regular reports on administration, expenses, infrastructure, vendors, manpower, maintenance, and operational performance.
Develop and implement SOPs for administrative and facility operations.
Manage administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Maintain a professional, safe, organized, and productive environment across Drone City.
Support management in expansion, development, and improvement of Drone City infrastructure and operations.

Preferred Experience
10+ years of experience in Administration / Facility Management / Operations.
Experience managing large facilities, campuses, industrial sites, projects, or integrated operational setups will be preferred.
Experience in drone, manufacturing, agriculture, technology, industrial, or infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience managing multiple vendors, large teams, facilities, and complex operations will be preferred.
