Role Overview
We are looking for a CA / Semi-Qualified CA who can independently manage core finance and accounting activities while supporting clients with accurate reporting, taxation, compliance and financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for clients.
Review and maintain P&L, Balance Sheet, Ledgers and Cash Flow.
Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax compliances and filings.
Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing.
Assist with financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Analyse revenue, margins, costs and working capital.
Support audit, due diligence and statutory requirements.
Identify financial discrepancies, compliance gaps and process risks.
Develop and improve finance processes, controls and SOPs.
Coordinate with clients, auditors, consultants and internal teams.
Support Virtual CFO / strategic finance assignments.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client finance requirements.
What We're Looking For
CA / Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter / CA Final).
2–5 years of relevant experience in CA firms, consulting, accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of Accounting, GST, TDS and taxation.
Good knowledge of financial statements and MIS.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
