Role Description The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves monitoring and reconciling accounts, assisting with financial reporting and analysis, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Finance Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights on cash flow, budgeting, and cost control, and support the implementation of structured finance processes for client engagements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular coordination with consulting teams and client representatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, with practical experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements
Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including periodic management reports and compliance-focused documentation
Goods and Services Tax (GST) knowledge, with the ability to manage GST-related filings and reconciliations
Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) are an advantage
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems; strong Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
