Role Description As a Co-Founder at Arham IT Solution, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s strategy, growth, and operational direction. This full-time, on-site position based in Rahuri involves working closely with the founding team to define business goals, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen the company’s service offerings across AI automation, software development, and digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, building partnerships, guiding product and service roadmaps, and supporting critical client engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and resources, and ensure that projects deliver tangible value for clients. The role also includes representing the company in external meetings, nurturing a high-performance culture, and contributing to long-term strategic planning.

Proven experience in IT services, software development, or digital solutions, preferably in a leadership or entrepreneurial role.
Ability to work on-site in Rahuri and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Background in business, technology, or a related field; a degree in engineering, IT, or business management is beneficial.
Track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Comfort with risk-taking, ownership, and building processes in a growing, fast-paced environment.
