What makes the role meaty?
Manage vendor quality across multiple locations East and North region.
Conduct QA audits at poultry and red meat (mutton) slaughterhouses and processing units across North& East region.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI
Drive SOPs, documentation, and audit readiness
Monitor product quality across end-to-end processing
Handle vendor performance, CAPA, and improvements
Lead and manage QA team of 10-15 members
Share quality reports and work with cross-functional teams
We hope that you have
Education: Food Tech / Food Science / Veterinary
6–8 years in QA / Vendor Quality (Food/Meat industry)
Hands-on QA audit experience (mandatory)
Experience in Team handling
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI
