Role Description As a Senior SOC Analyst at Fonada, you will be responsible for monitoring security events, analyzing alerts, and responding to incidents within the Security Operations Center to protect Fonada’s AI platforms and telephony infrastructure. You will perform proactive cyber threat hunting, leverage threat intelligence, and conduct in-depth investigations to identify patterns, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls, improve detection capabilities, and refine incident response playbooks, while documenting findings and preparing clear reports and recommendations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring hands-on engagement with SOC tools, processes, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Security Operations Center experience, including handling security events, escalations, incident response, and log analysis.
Candidates should possess Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) skills to proactively detect, analyze, and mitigate advanced threats.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, correlate events, and draw actionable conclusions from diverse security signals.
Candidates should possess core Cybersecurity knowledge, including network security, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and security best practices.
Relevant experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and cloud security tools; familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and DPDPA is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; professional certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, GCIA, GCIH) are an advantage.
Ability to work in a high-availability environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts in SOC best practices.
