✅ Stakeholder Management & Executive Reporting
✅ Project Financial Management
✅ Wealth Management / Portfolio Management exposure
✅ Order Management / Order Lifecycle understanding
✅ Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall delivery experience
✅ Cross-functional coordination across Business, Technology, QA, Infrastructure & Operations
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage projects from planning through delivery and closure
• Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs and governance reports
• Track requirements, epics, user stories, defects and dependencies using Jira
• Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness, cutover and production implementation
• Monitor risks, issues, blockers, dependencies and change requests
• Drive stakeholder communication and governance meetings
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports and project updates
• Work closely with banking stakeholders and technology teams
• Support post-production validation and issue resolution
• Manage distributed business and technology teams
⭐ GOOD TO HAVE
• PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP / Scrum Master certification
• Banking / Financial Services / Wealth Management experience
• Order Management platform experience
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies
