REQUIREMENTS
Strong proficiency in Python (3.x)
3-5 years of experience in AI/ML application development
Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Phi, Claude, etc.
Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agent frameworks
Experience with REST API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles
Experience with model deployment and inference optimization
Familiarity with Vector Databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
Experience with Transformer-based models (BERT, LayoutLM, RoBERTa, etc.)
Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks
Experience with Hugging Face ecosystem and model fine-tuning
Experience with document processing and OCR
Knowledge of NLP techniques including classification, information extraction, and semantic search
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices
Understanding of relational and non-relational database
Strong English communication skills
WOULD BE A PLUS
Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or GCP
MCP server & AI Agents, Agentic AI
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with MLOps tools and model monitoring
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop and maintain AI/ML solutions for business applications
Build and optimize LLM-powered applications and document-processing pipelines
Develop APIs and backend services for AI model integration
Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
