The Role
We are looking for a sharp, hungry, and results-driven Business Development Associate / Executive who can own the full sales cycle — from the first conversation to a closed enrollment. You will be the first voice a prospective student hears and the last nudge they need to commit. You will work across low-ticket to high-ticket course offerings and manage leads generated through Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and organic outreach.
This is not a support role. This is a closing role.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end sales — lead qualification, follow-up, counselling, and enrollment closure
Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn campaigns
Conduct outbound outreach via WhatsApp, LinkedIn DM, and cold calls to generate fresh pipeline
Clearly communicate the value of our courses — Cyber Security (CEH/OSCP), AI/ML, GenAI, Digital Marketing with AI — to both students and working professionals
Convert cold and warm leads into enrollments across ticket sizes ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹25,000+
Manage and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets daily
Follow up consistently — calls, messages, reminders — without letting any lead go cold
Handle objections around pricing, course delivery, and certification with confidence
Identify and build partnerships with colleges, institutes, and corporates for bulk enrollments
Coordinate with the founder and marketing team on lead quality, campaign feedback, and conversion trends
Achieve monthly enrollment targets — non-negotiable
What We Are Looking For
Must Have:
Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and persuasive
Proven experience in EdTech, IT services, or any B2C/B2B sales role (1–3 years preferred)
Strong understanding of IT domains — Cyber Security, AI/ML, Digital Marketing is a big plus
Ability to handle high volumes of leads without losing quality in conversations
Comfortable working on commission + fixed structure
Self-starter — you don't need hand-holding to make calls or send follow-ups
Strong WhatsApp and LinkedIn communication skills
Good to Have:
Prior experience selling EdTech or IT training products
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads lead funnels
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or any CRM
