Senior Software Engineer - SaaS

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Software Engineer to help build scalable, reliable, and high-performance SaaS products used by growing businesses globally. This role requires someone who can think beyond coding — an engineer who understands architecture, product thinking, performance, scalability, and execution speed.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and develop systems that are secure, resilient, and built for scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable SaaS applications and backend systems
Build high-quality, reusable, and efficient code across the product stack
Drive architectural decisions for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience
Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture
Continuously evaluate and introduce modern technologies, frameworks, and development practices
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in SaaS product companies
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, Go, or C#
Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, APIs, and scalable architectures
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, security, and performance optimization
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Ability to work in fast-paced product environments with ownership and accountability
