Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. This role involves developing enterprise-grade applications, optimizing system performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
You will play a key role in architecture discussions, code quality, and technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Participate in system design and architecture discussions
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
5–9 years of experience in Java development
Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP principles
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
Experience in building RESTful APIs
Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Skills
Experience with microservices architecture
Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
