About the Role
We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to manage and troubleshoot network and communication infrastructure, connectivity and voice-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and communication issues.
* Configure and troubleshoot SIP, firewalls and network switches.
* Troubleshoot IP, routing, connectivity and voice traffic issues.
* Monitor network performance and resolve technical incidents.
* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
* Maintain network documentation and resolve recurring issues.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Network Support or a similar role.
* Mandatory: Strong knowledge of SIP, Firewalls and Network Switches.
* Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS and routing.
* Knowledge of VoIP and network troubleshooting.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* CCNA or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Important
Only candidates with hands-on knowledge of SIP, Firewalls and Network Switches should apply. Candidates without knowledge of these three areas will not be considered.
