Responsibilities
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Red Hat 3scale API Management
15 years full-time education
