Why This Role Matters
KwikAds is building an integrated advertising and growth ecosystem spanning managed services, content generation, and network intelligence through SaaS. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and customer onboarding, ensuring that businesses are integrated seamlessly and that workflows, content, and processes meet the required quality standards.
You will play a hands-on role in making onboarding and integrations efficient, understanding the product deeply, identifying gaps, and ensuring operational excellence as the business scales.
What You’ll Own
Own onboarding and integrations for the KwikAds business across managed services (agency), content generation, and network intelligence (SaaS).
Develop a deep understanding of KwikAds' product, technology, workflows, and settings, and be able to clearly explain them to internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with product and technology teams to understand integrations, troubleshoot issues, and identify gaps in workflows or configurations.
Conduct quality checks across the content generation business to identify errors, inconsistencies, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Establish and follow structured onboarding processes, protocols, and quality standards to ensure consistent execution.
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions rather than waiting for issues to escalate.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, adapting focus as business requirements and key projects evolve.
Continuously improve processes, documentation, and operating mechanisms to make onboarding and integrations more scalable and efficient.
Who You Are
Someone with strong product and technology orientation, who can understand workflows, configurations, and integrations at a deeper level than a traditional Sales or Customer Success profile.
High on hustle and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality gaps and inconsistencies, particularly in content and operational workflows.
Comfortable with context-switching and managing multiple priorities as projects and business needs evolve.
Process-oriented with strong execution discipline and the ability to follow and improve defined processes and protocols.
Demonstrated experience managing programs, projects, operations, onboarding, integrations, or similar cross-functional initiatives.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Technology, Operations, and other teams.
Someone who enjoys building in ambiguity and is looking for a high-intensity, hands-on role rather than a predictable or low-pressure environment.
