Document Control & Production Support Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Document Control & Production Support Engineer to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in engineering documentation, PLM systems, BOM management, change control, and production support.
📌 Position Details
Job Title: Document Control & Production Support Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–5 Years
Education: Diploma / Engineering – preferably Electronics Engineering
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Independently manage all Engineering Document Control activities.
Handle Part Number creation, BOM management, Change Orders, Change Requests, Deviations, and FA Reports.
Perform production data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Create and maintain block diagrams and flow diagrams.
Gather, organize, and maintain material datasheets.
Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and resolve their queries promptly.
Work hands-on with PLM systems; experience with Arena PLM is an added advantage.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams for timely project handover to production.
Maintain accurate engineering and manufacturing documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
⭐ Good to Have
Experience creating Manufacturing Assembly Instructions (MAI).
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for label design.
Knowledge of test jigs.
Working knowledge of NetSuite, particularly part number creation.
Experience in manufacturing/production documentation and processes.
