PeopleSoft Architect / Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional professional to join our PeopleSoft team. The role will involve application development, integrations, production support, modernization, upgrades, and collaboration with functional and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
Design and develop SQR, XML Publisher, PS Query, and nVision reports.
Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, enhancements, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Broker, and file-based interfaces.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and quality assurance activities.
Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
Follow PeopleSoft coding standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Techno-Functional roles.
Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
Strong experience with API integrations including REST/SOAP.
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HCM modules.
Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases.
Experience in production support, upgrades, patches, and application enhancements.
Exposure to cloud integrations and automation tools is highly preferred.
