Senior MEPF Engineer & Junior MEPF Engineer
For Seiour Experience : 18 + years
For Juiour Experience : 5 to 8 years
Location : Gandhinagar Gift City & Ahmedabad
Responsibility for Seniour:
Lead and supervise complete MEPF execution for construction projects from installation through testing and commissioning.
Review MEPF drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements and ensure proper site implementation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and civil/interior teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works for quality, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
Manage site inspections, material approvals, technical queries, measurements, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
Monitor manpower, material requirements, work schedules, and contractor performance to achieve project milestones.
Review contractor bills, quantities, and work measurements against approved BOQs and actual site progress.
Identify technical issues and coordinate with consultants and contractors for timely resolution.
Maintain project documentation including progress reports, inspection records, test reports, drawings, and handover documents.
Support final testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and project handover activities.
Responsibility for Juniour:
Assist in the execution and supervision of MEPF services including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
Study approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and coordinate with site teams for proper execution.
Monitor day-to-day site activities, manpower, material availability, and work progress.
Conduct routine site inspections and assist in checking installation quality and compliance with approved drawings.
Coordinate with civil and interior teams to ensure proper MEPF provisions and avoid clashes.
Assist in material inspection, quantity verification, measurements, testing, and commissioning.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely completion of assigned activities.
Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, checklists, and other project documentation.
