We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Professional to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions. The candidate will work as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, understand business requirements, and provide scalable solutions for learning and talent-related processes.
Responsibilities:
Act as an SME for SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Lead configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
Understand business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors Learning solutions.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams on solution design and implementation.
Participate in key technical and functional decisions.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide solutions.
Support integrations and data exchange with other SuccessFactors modules/systems.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team capability development.
Monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Learning / LMS.
Good understanding of learning configuration and business processes.
Experience in implementation, enhancement, and production support.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as an SME and collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors People Analytics and Integrations will be an advantage.
15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
Must-Have Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Learning / LMS, SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration, Learning Management System implementation and support, Learning processes and workflows, Course / Item / Program / Learning Management, User and assignment management, and Reporting and analytics in SuccessFactors Learning.
Good-to-Have Skills: SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors Integrations, SuccessFactors Integration Center, Technical integration knowledge.
Experience working across multiple SuccessFactors modules.
