Requirements
Technical SkillsProfessional Experience
Graduate of any 4-year business course.
At least 2 years of experience as a Trade Marketing Specialist in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or OTC company.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Professional negotiation and presentation skills.
Planning and project management skills.
Confident and capable of communicating and operating at all levels.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implement, deploy, and monitor trade marketing programs in assigned stores.
Achieve sales targets by nurturing contacts and negotiating with store operations stakeholders, including District Managers, Branch Managers, Stock Analysts, and others.
Improve and control operations in pharmacies and key accounts through stock level and inventory analysis at the branch level, ensuring optimal stock weight for key SKUs.
Implement in-store tactics in partnership with branch heads.
Implement and coordinate special events and promotions initiated by Head Office and Marketing.
Provide direction, training, and the right tools to in-store staff (merchandisers) to ensure: Proper planogram implementation. Correct product assortment. Excellent product displays.
Lead pharmacy engagement activities and conduct regular CME sessions for pharmacists.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.
Comply with the company's Health & Safety and Environmental Sustainability policies and programs
