Change Manager – AI Transformation (80–100%)
For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support an AI transformation programme within the Strategic PMO. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with business leaders to drive adoption, prepare teams for new ways of working and embed sustainable change across the organisation.
Your responsibilities
Conduct change impact assessments and develop change plans for each programme stream together with business leadership.
Establish adoption baselines, measure progress and report adoption outcomes as governance milestones in steering forums.
Lead the handover from project delivery to business operations, securing named business owners responsible for signing off on benefits.
Design and deliver training, enablement activities and AI literacy programmes.
Establish and support a change champions network.
Develop the change narrative and internal communication plan.
Collaborate with business-unit leadership, Product Owners, HR, Communications, Portfolio and Value teams.
Your profile
At least 8 years of change management experience in digital, data or AI transformations within industrial or engineering environments.
Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable adoption outcomes.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, HR or a related discipline.
Ability to build credibility with business-unit leadership and work effectively across manufacturing plants, sales organisations and headquarters.
Prosci, APMG Change or an equivalent certification.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Experience in adoption measurement, business process redesign, training and enablement.
Sound understanding of AI and digital transformation; experience delivering AI literacy programmes is an advantage.
Fluent English.
