Information Technology Director

Role Description The Information Technology Director at MMP, Groupe AD industrie, is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing the company’s IT environment and ensuring that technology supports business objectives. Day-to-day activities include defining and implementing IT strategy, supervising IT operations, and maintaining reliable infrastructure and systems to support industrial and corporate functions. The role involves managing network security, reviewing system performance, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring compliance with relevant security and data protection standards. The IT Director will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities, prepare budgets and plans for IT investments, and provide guidance on digital transformation and process optimization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in IT Management and IT Operations, including oversight of infrastructure, systems, and support processes.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and IT Strategy, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Security, including risk assessment, security policies, and incident response.
Experience leading remote and cross-functional teams, with clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of ERP systems, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on reliability, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
