Position: Field Officer, Market Development & Demand Generation
Industry: Agri-Inputs (Agrochemicals and Crop Nutrition)
Reports To: Territory Sales Manager
CTC: ₹21,000 to ₹24,000 per month (approx. 2.8 LPA), inclusive of TA/DA
Type: Field role, villages and farms

Role
Generate farmer-level demand by running field demonstrations and creating visible in-crop results that pull product through dealer counters.
Responsibilities
Plan and run demos on farmer plots, focused on tomato, chilli and other short-cycle vegetables
Conduct farmer meetings and village activities to build a strong contact base
Follow up on demo plots through the crop cycle and capture before/after and adjacent-plot results
Direct farmers to stocking dealers and pass reorder signals to the TSE/TSM
Report field intelligence: pest, disease and weed pressure, competitor activity and pricing, dealer-level movement
Log every demo, meeting and visit
Support dealer liquidation targets by keeping demand ahead of stock
Must-Haves
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence
English and Kannada proficiency (spoken Kannada is non-negotiable)
Preferred
B.Sc. Agriculture, diploma in agriculture, or equivalent crop knowledge
Prior agri-input field experience (agrochemicals, biostimulants, seeds, fertilizers)
Based in, or willing to relocate to, the assigned cluster

Reorder pull traceable to your demos
Daily field reports filed on time
