Head – Innovation & Startup Ecosystem

T-Hub is looking for an experienced leader to build and scale high-impact startup and innovation programs. We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, ecosystem depth, strong execution and financial ownership to drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the function.
Build and scale incubation, acceleration and academia-focused programs.
Drive startup identification, engagement, mentorship, market access and ecosystem partnerships.
Build strong relationships with government, corporates, academia, investors and ecosystem stakeholders.
Own governance, compliance, program KPIs and impact reporting.
Develop sustainable revenue streams and drive financial self-sustainability.
Lead fundraising through government grants, CSR, foundations and global programs.
Build and lead a high-performing team with strong ownership and execution.
Who We’re Looking For
10–15 years of relevant experience across innovation, startups, technology, entrepreneurship or ecosystem development.
Proven experience owning P&L / financial performance and driving sustainability.
Strong track record of working with startups and senior government/industry stakeholders.
Experience working with government programs, grants and academia is preferred.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to independently translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
Builder mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and willing to be hands-on.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; technical background preferred.
