About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can build and manage a strong mentor network for founders — finding the right experts, understanding founder needs, making relevant matches and ensuring the engagement actually helps.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong outreach, relationship management, founder understanding and execution.
What You’ll Do
Source, evaluate and onboard mentors, CXOs, founders, operators and domain experts
Understand founder needs across different stages and sectors
Match founders with the right mentors based on the problem they are solving
Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors
Run 1:1 mentorship, cohort sessions, webinars and other founder interventions
Own outreach, scheduling, communication, follow-ups and documentation
Track mentor activation, founder participation, feedback and outcomes
Use data and feedback to improve mentor quality and founder experience
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years in community, programs, startup operations, partnerships or founder-facing roles
Experience working directly with founders/startups
Strong outreach and networking skills
Good understanding of the startup journey and founder challenges
Strong stakeholder management and follow-through
Comfortable with CRM/community tools, trackers and basic data analysis
High ownership and ability to work independently
