Management Trainee – US IT Recruitment
Responsibilities:
Source and screen IT professionals for opportunities across the United States.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess communication skills.
Coordinate with US clients, consultants, and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Learn and utilize modern recruitment tools, job boards, and AI-powered sourcing platforms.
Desired Qualifications
MBA (Freshers Welcome) or recent MBA graduates.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Flexible and comfortable working in US shifts.
