You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, business and execution - working closely with the Founder on high-priority initiatives, solving ambiguous problems and helping move the business forward.

What you'll do
Take ownership of strategic projects across business, growth, product, operations and new initiatives.
Bring structure to ambiguous problems - research, analyse, build a point of view and turn it into action.
Work across teams to ensure key priorities move forward and nothing gets stuck.
Build business and market insights to support founder-level decision making.
Step into areas that need a strong owner - often before there’s a defined team, process or playbook.
Represent the Founder across internal and external conversations when required.
What we are looking for-
4–8 years of experience across Founder’s Office, Strategy, Consulting, VC, Business or high-ownership operating roles.
Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership in fast-moving environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills — you should enjoy getting into the weeds when needed.
Someone who can move between big-picture thinking and getting things done.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership, strong judgement and the ability to operate independently.
A genuine interest in BFSI, stock markets, investing and financial ecosystems.
Who you are-
Experience in fintech, consumer internet, VC or another high-growth environment.
Previous experience in a Founder’s Office / Strategy / Chief of Staff role.
Strong understanding or personal interest in stock markets, investing and the broader BFSI ecosystem.
Experience taking ownership of 0 → 1 initiatives or high-stakes strategic projects.
