Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with around 3 years of hands-on experience to help build and scale our web platform, backend services, and AI-powered features.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop scalable applications using MERN Stack and Next.js
Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services
Implement Redis-based caching and data management
Develop background jobs and queue-based workflows
Integrate AI/LLM APIs and AI-powered product features
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver new features.
Required Skills:
MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
Next.js
Redis
Queue Management: BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar
AI/LLM API Integration
REST APIs & backend architecture
Git/GitHub
Good understanding of databases and scalable application development
Preferred:
Relevant AI, Cloud, Full Stack, or related certifications
Experience working on SaaS or AI-powered products
Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, or CI/CD
