Job Title: Engineering Manager, Full-Stack
Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)
Our client builds the settlement and payments infrastructure that lets wallets, exchanges, and
fintechs move money between fiat and stablecoins across India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
We power flows for partners including Coinbase Wallet, Phantom, Bybit, and Ronin.
We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the full-stack team that owns our product surface:
the widgets and SDKs partners embed, the KYC and payment journeys users move through,
and the dashboards and APIs partners run on.
What you'll own:
- Lead a team of full-stack engineers building and shipping the partner-facing product
across web and SDK.
- Own the product roadmap for your surface. Decide what ships next and in what order,
based on impact, and turn it into shipped work on a predictable cadence.
- Own the product funnels. The KYC and payment journeys are conversion funnels, so tracking where users drop off and shipping fixes that lift completion is your job, not someone else's.
- Keep payment journeys reliable. These are live transaction paths, so uptime, error handling, and observability sit with your team.
- Run integrations with partners and internal teams, from first technical scoping to go-live.
- Hire, coach, and grow engineers, and set the bar for code quality.
- Work with BD and leadership to sequence what gets built and why.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years building software, with 3+ years managing engineers.
- Strong full-stack depth: TypeScript and JavaScript, React, Node, Go, Rust
- Shipped and operated production systems where reliability and correctness mattered, ideally payments, fintech, or another high-stakes domain.
- A track record of delivering, not just planning. You've been accountable for a team's output.
- Product sense backed by data. You've owned a roadmap, read funnels and drop-off, and shipped changes that moved the numbers.
- Clear communicator who can hold a technical conversation with a partner and a roadmap conversation with leadership.
