BMC Helix Data Manager (HDM) Developer
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Experience: 4+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Work Mode: On-site/Hybrid as per client requirements
About the Role
We are looking for a BMC Helix Data Manager (HDM) professional with strong hands-on experience in data migration, CMDB, ITSM, SQL and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB/Foundation Data, AR DB schema and data migration processes, along with strong customer-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix Data Manager (HDM)
Strong knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Foundation Data and schema
Handle data migration, validation and reconciliation
Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues
Write and execute SQL queries within the AR DB schema
Troubleshoot data-related issues and identify root causes
Work with stakeholders/customers to understand and resolve technical issues
Atrium Integrator experience is preferred
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Who Should Apply?
