Vice President, Federal Business Development & Capture

This executive-level role will lead strategic federal growth initiatives and expand the organization’s presence across priority government markets.
You will identify, shape, and capture high-value opportunities while developing trusted relationships with senior government and acquisition stakeholders.
The position carries responsibility for building and managing a substantial qualified pipeline and driving complex procurements from early market intelligence through award.
You will work closely with proposal, technical, pricing, contracts, and executive teams to develop compelling solutions and competitive capture strategies.
The role also involves building strategic partnerships with federal integrators and technology providers to strengthen contract positioning.
Success will require deep knowledge of federal acquisition, strong agency relationships, and a demonstrated record of delivering significant contract awards.
