Role Description The Business Intelligence Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for administering and maintaining business intelligence platforms and databases, ensuring data integrity, availability, and performance. Day-to-day activities include configuring and supporting dashboards and reports, managing user access and security, and monitoring system health. The role involves collaborating with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions. The Business Intelligence Administrator will also troubleshoot BI-related issues, optimize data workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Data Analytics and Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Database Administration and Troubleshooting skills to manage BI databases, ensure performance, and resolve technical issues.
Candidates should possess experience with Dashboard creation and management to deliver clear, actionable visualizations for business stakeholders.
Candidates should possess familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, and ETL processes to support end-to-end reporting solutions.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications in BI or database technologies are an advantage.
Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
