Role Description The Vietnamese Interpreter – Remote role is a full-time position responsible for providing real-time interpretation between Vietnamese and English in various settings such as customer support calls, virtual meetings, and service interactions. Daily tasks include accurately conveying spoken information, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring that tone, intent, and cultural nuances are preserved. The interpreter will collaborate with customer experience teams, follow established protocols, and document interactions as required. This role is fully remote, requiring reliable connectivity, a quiet workspace, and adherence to scheduled shifts to support global clients.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Vietnamese and English, with excellent speaking, listening, and comprehension skills.
Experience in interpretation or translation, ideally in customer service, healthcare, legal, or business environments is a plus.
Ability to convey meaning accurately while maintaining cultural sensitivity and professional neutrality.
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear, respectful conversations.
Comfort with remote work tools, call center platforms, and basic computer applications
