Who we are
Asiri Compliance Limited is a Nigeria-first compliance platform built around the Nigeria Data Protection Act. We give organisations the policies, records of processing and audit evidence they need to demonstrate compliance to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission — and we maintain those records as obligations evolve.
Why we're building this network
Our clients consistently arrive at the same problem. They understand they have obligations under the Act. What they don't have is a qualified person to meet them.
The Asiri Talent Network is our answer. It is a vetted pool of data protection professionals we can put forward when a client needs a Data Protection Officer, an interim appointment, or specialist support on a defined engagement.

Who we're looking for
Practising Data Protection Officers, whether in-house or advising multiple organisations
Professionals registered with or affiliated to a licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation
Consultants and legal practitioners with demonstrable NDPA experience — filings, impact assessments, breach handling, cross-border transfers
People who have built a data protection function from first principles
Practical experience of the Act matters more to us than title or years served.
How it works

We verify your credentials, including registration or affiliation status against the Nigeria Data Protection Commission's register.
Once verified, you join the network.
There is no cost to join, no exclusivity, and no obligation to accept anything we bring you. You can withdraw at any time.
What we won't do
We won't share your details with any client without telling you who they are and getting your agreement first. And we won't promise a volume of work we can't guarantee — this network is early, and we'd rather be straight with you about that than oversell it.

Data Protection Notice
Asiri Compliance Limited acts as the data controller for your personal information. We process your details based on your explicit consent to assess your suitability for freelance opportunities and to contact you regarding potential client engagements.
As part of our verification process, we cross-reference your credentials against the public register of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). We respect your privacy and will never share your data with any client organization without your prior agreement.
We retain your profile and application details for 24 months. At the end of this period, we will contact you to ask if you wish to remain on our network. If your profile remains inactive or you choose not to renew, your profile data will be securely deleted, though basic records of completed transactions and contracts will be archived for 6 years to comply with statutory Nigerian tax and financial laws.
