Role Overview
HYNT is looking for an experienced and highly driven Product Head/Product Manager to take complete ownership of the product function and help shape the future of the HYNT platform.
As the Product Head, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across HYNT's ecosystem of homeowners, professionals, and brands.
You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to translate the company's business vision into a scalable, user-centric product. You will lead the product lifecycle from strategy and discovery to design, development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong product judgment, business understanding, leadership, and hands-on execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision & Strategy
Define and own HYNT's overall product vision and long-term strategy.
Work closely with the Founder to translate business objectives into a clear product direction.
Identify opportunities that can create significant value for homeowners, professionals, and brands.
Develop a product strategy that supports HYNT's growth, engagement, monetisation, and long-term business goals.
Continuously evaluate market trends, competitors, technology, and user behaviour to identify opportunities.
Product Roadmap
Own and manage the overall product roadmap.
Prioritise features, initiatives, and improvements based on business impact, user needs, data, and technical feasibility.
Balance short-term business requirements with long-term product vision.
Define product milestones, release plans, and strategic priorities.
Communicate roadmap priorities clearly across the organisation.
Product Discovery & User Experience
Develop a deep understanding of HYNT's users and their needs.
Lead product discovery through user research, interviews, feedback, market research, and data analysis.
Identify user pain points and opportunities across the complete user journey.
Work closely with the Design team to create intuitive, scalable, and engaging experiences.
Ensure the product remains simple, useful, and differentiated.
Product Development & Execution
Lead the complete product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and other teams to ensure successful execution.
Ensure product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
Remove roadblocks and ensure product initiatives are delivered on time.
Maintain a high standard of product quality and execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the key bridge between Product, Technology, Design, Business, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Ensure all teams are aligned with product priorities and objectives.
Work with business teams to understand market requirements and translate them into product opportunities.
Coordinate with external technology partners, vendors, and consultants where required.
Product Analytics & Growth
Define and monitor key product metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and feature adoption.
Use product analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Develop experiments and A/B tests to improve product performance.
Identify opportunities to increase user engagement, retention, and monetisation.
Establish a strong data-driven product culture.
Product Launch & Adoption
Own product launches and major feature releases.
Work with Marketing, Business, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure successful adoption.
Develop launch plans, internal communication, and product documentation.
Monitor post-launch performance and drive improvements based on results.
Product Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead the product team as HYNT scales.
Establish product processes, frameworks, and best practices.
Set clear goals and expectations for the product team.
Develop a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Recruit and develop strong product talent.
Innovation & Future Products
Identify new product opportunities and potential revenue streams.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends relevant to the home and interiors ecosystem.
Explore new products, features, platforms, and services that can strengthen HYNT's market position.
Work with the Founder on long-term product bets and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience
5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience leading products or product teams.
Experience building and scaling consumer-facing mobile apps, marketplaces, platforms, or digital products.
Strong understanding of product strategy, UX, technology, analytics, and business.
Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to launch and scaling them.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership is preferred.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
