RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently searching for SAP E-invoicing/DRC consultant, to join a new project delivering to an automotive customer based in Germany.

Role: SAP e-invoicing/DRC Consultant
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6months+ extensions
Location: Remote, with occasional on-site presence in Saxony
Capacity: Full time
Languages: German, English
Job Description:
At least 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant specializing in e-invoicing, SAP DRC, and SAP Finance-related integration processes:
Experience in the design, implementation, and customization of electronic invoicing processes within SAP S/4HANA environments
Experience integrating SAP DRC into hybrid system landscapes using SAP BTP
Excellent English skills (German optional)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience with agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of the XRechnung standard
Experience with German and European legal requirements
Experience required;
SAP S/4HANA
SAP Output Management (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms)
SAP IDoc / EDI for data exchange with portals (e.g., ZUGFeRD portal, PEPPOL, digital incoming invoice processing)
SAP Document Compliance / SAP e-Invoicing
SAP SD knowledge
Experience with document and output management in SAP (e.g., PDF generation with XML/UBL structure)
Mapping SAP invoice data to XRechnung XML
Validating XML files (e.g., using ZUGFeRD validator, XRechnung validator)
Connecting to incoming invoice portals (e.g., ZUGFeRD portal, PEPPOL, etc.)
