Sales And Marketing Intern

Charms Classic Deco is an architectural products company offering premium solutions across flooring, wall cladding, ceilings, carpets and other architectural products.
We also have Charms Gifting, our corporate gifting division, providing curated gifting solutions to corporates, businesses and events.
We are looking for an energetic, creative and proactive Sales & Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience across marketing, sales, lead generation and business development.
What You Will Do
Marketing & Creative
Design flyers, promotional creatives and festival greetings using Canva
Create marketing creatives for both Charms Classic Deco and Charms Gifting
A Canva Pro account will be provided
Lead Generation & Sales
Research and identify potential clients
Generate leads through online research, social media and other channels
Make cold calls to prospective clients
Follow up with warm leads provided by the company
Maintain lead databases and follow-up records
Assist in generating meetings, enquiries and business opportunities
Client & Field Interaction
Interact with architects, interior designers, corporates, contractors and business owners
Attend client meetings and presentations when required
Assist with occasional site visits and field activities
Travel within Mumbai and nearby areas when required
Who We Are Looking For
Good communication skills and confidence on the phone
Comfortable speaking to new people
Basic knowledge of Canva and an interest in creative work
Willingness to make cold calls and follow up with prospects
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable with both desk work and field work
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage
Own two-wheeler is preferred for local travel and site visits.
Students and freshers pursuing or having completed a course/degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Management, Design or related fields are welcome to apply.
