Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based at the plant in Tijara Tehsil. The Account Executive will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, tracking expenses, and preparing regular financial reports. The role involves coordinating with production and procurement teams to verify invoices, monitor inventory-related costs, and support budgeting and cost control. The Account Executive will assist with statutory compliance, support internal and external audits, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. The position requires close collaboration with management to provide financial insights that support operational decisions and continuous improvement at the plant.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting principles, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets; ability to work with ERP or plant management systems is an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies promptly.
Understanding of tax, statutory compliance, and audit requirements relevant to manufacturing or industrial operations.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, production, procurement, and management teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records in a high-activity plant environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are a plus.
Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred, along with familiarity with cost accounting and inventory control.
