Role: Account Manager - Operations
Full-time | Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)
We are a rapidly growing organization that is dynamic and young. Needless to say, the Operations and Quality Control team is a critical factor in our Year-On-Year growth. This team ensures that the company remains operationally efficient while coordinating between our brilliant mentors and customers.
The Account Manager will handle the end-to-end process for each one of the students that subscribe to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings. This includes working with individual stakeholders - Mentors, University selection team, students, and parents - on the application process.
The work is demanding and will require dedication to the company and client. Hustle is the name of the game, and you will find yourself talking to customers from over 19 countries (and possibly more) every day, understanding their needs and helping them make it to their dream universities.
You are a great fit if you have:
- Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and senior management.
- Good writing skills, with experience in content editing/writing (not mandatory).
- Intermediate to advanced Google Workspace proficiency.
- Team-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes.
- Ability to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous process improvement.
We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, diligent, and organized in their style of work. Since we interact with a large number of customers and mentors, we need you to take ownership and have a careful and systematic approach. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
