About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Genesys Cloud Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in contact center technologies, with strong hands-on expertise in Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) development, configuration, integrations, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, develop, and implement solutions on Genesys Cloud CX.
Understand existing contact center architecture and contribute to solution design and technical architecture.
Develop and configure Architect flows, IVR applications, call flows, routing strategies, queues, skills, schedules, and business logic.
Work with ACD, IVR, digital channels, outbound campaigns, workforce engagement, reporting, and analytics capabilities within Genesys Cloud.
Develop and maintain integrations between Genesys Cloud and external applications, platforms, and enterprise systems.
Work with Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, web services, and event-based integrations.
Troubleshoot complex application, call-flow, routing, integration, and production issues.
Perform code reviews, technical reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams.
Stay current with new Genesys Cloud features, APIs, AI capabilities, and contact center technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of overall experience in contact center technology and software development.
Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX / PureCloud.
Strong understanding of contact center architecture, ACD, IVR, routing, queues, skills, and call flows.
Experience developing and configuring Genesys Cloud Architect flows.
Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and integrations.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and web services.
Experience with JavaScript and/or Node.js is preferred.
Experience working with enterprise CRM, backend, and third-party application integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand technical architecture and translate requirements into implementation solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Genesys Cloud certifications.
Experience with Genesys Cloud AI capabilities, bots, conversational AI, and Agent Assist.
Experience with Dialogflow, Google CCAI, Amazon Connect, or other cloud contact center platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience supporting healthcare, banking, retail, or other enterprise contact center environments.
Previous experience in Professional Services, Managed Services, or Solution Architecture.
