Architect

Role Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically capable Architect to support the planning, design, development, and delivery of architectural projects. The role involves developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, producing technical drawings, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, presentations, and construction documentation. You will assist with design development, material selection, space planning, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders. The role also involves reviewing drawings, monitoring design changes, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring project requirements are communicated clearly.
You will contribute to the development of innovative and practical design solutions while considering project objectives, building regulations, safety requirements, sustainability, budget, and constructability. Strong attention to detail and effective coordination skills are essential to ensure projects progress smoothly from concept through to completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related architectural discipline.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building planning, construction methods, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design and drafting software.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, is an advantage.
Strong visual, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare clear architectural drawings, presentations, layouts, and project documentation.
Good understanding of building codes, regulations, standards, and planning requirements.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a strong interest in architecture, design, and the built environment.
