What you'll do
🔹 Plan and run campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and skill-building workshops
🔹 Build and manage relationships with corporate partners
🔹 Guide students on resumes, interview prep, and placement readiness
🔹 Maintain placement records and align efforts with academic programs
🔹 Keep stakeholders connected for smooth, ever-improving career services
What we're looking for
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✅ A student-focused, service-oriented mindset
✅ Experience in campus placements, career services, HR, or corporate relations (highly preferred)
✅ Familiarity with academic environments or career counseling
✅ Bachelor's in business, management, education, or related field (postgrad a plus)
✅ Strong organizational skills + comfort with office and CRM/placement tools
