Role Description

Qualifications
Strong Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills
Proficient in Laboratory Skills
Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant scientific or technical field preferred
Experience with technology innovation, project management, or industry collaborations is a plus
