2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Finance Operations team to drive organic growth within hospital medicine services. This position involves developing financial models and analyses that inform program structure and pricing, impacting multiple service lines. The role contributes to maximizing profitability and value for hospital partners through detailed financial assessment and collaboration with business and clinical leaders.
3. Responsibilities:
Build and conduct complex financial analyses on site and service line performance and projections
Assist in budgeting by identifying trends and quantifying financial impacts
Prepare pricing models and analyses for contract amendments and renewals
Collaborate with Clinical and Operations leaders to ensure financial statements reflect operational and contractual realities
Support monthly operating reviews and explain financial variances to leadership
4. Requirements:
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles including financial statements and variance analysis
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
Proven experience in developing and executing complex financial analyses
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas
3 to 5 years of related experience in financial planning, analysis, accounting, or consulting
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
$95,000 to $115,000 annually, with exact pay determined by experience and geographic location
