Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations - Navan Premier

Reporting to the SVP, Account Management & Customer Success, this role will be the strategic and operational partner across the global Navan Premier organisation. It will translate strategy into execution, coordinate the portfolio of transformation and business-critical workstreams, and provide the operating rhythm, insight, and accountability required to scale Premier globally.
What You’ll Do
Act as the central strategy and operations partner to the SVP Navan Premier, helping set priorities and maintain focus on the highest-impact work.
Build and run the Premier operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, strategic planning, business reviews, performance reporting, decision logs, and follow-up.
Coordinate major Premier workstreams, including core-market and Emerging Markets migration, Product and Engineering enhancements, Launch, transformation programme management, service and operating model changes, pricing, and Premier go-to-market.
Coordinate project and programme managers, including the Emerging Markets Migration & Transformation Manager and the Director of Transformation Program Management, aligning plans, dependencies, risks, and executive decisions.
Translate the Premier strategy into annual and quarterly priorities, measurable outcomes, resource implications, and execution plans.
Develop reporting that combines financial, client, operational, people, migration, and product indicators into a clear view of performance and risk.
Prepare concise executive materials, recommendations, and updates for the Premier leadership team and relevant Navan executives.
Identify bottlenecks and gaps in ownership, bring the right people together, and drive issues to resolution.
Support business planning, workforce planning, investment cases, and prioritisation decisions with structured analysis.
Help establish scalable processes and governance without weakening the high-touch client experience that defines Premier.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in top-tier management consulting, strategy and operations, investment banking, high-growth technology, or a similar high-ownership environment.
Experience working directly with senior executives and turning complex business, financial, and operational information into clear recommendations and action.
A strong track record of leading cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition through execution and measurable outcomes.
Exceptional structured thinking, analytical skills, and written and verbal communication.
Strong programme management and operating-rhythm skills, coordinating multiple project managers and workstreams without taking away their ownership.
Commercial and operational judgement, including experience with business planning, performance management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving between strategy, analysis, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
High EQ, discretion, and the ability to build trust across Client Success, Product, Engineering, Launch, Service/Ops, Sales, and executive leadership.
Experience in travel, SaaS, or a complex service business is helpful but not required.
