About the Role
We are looking for a high-caliber RCM Analytics Manager to lead the development and delivery of analytics solutions for the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep RCM domain expertise, strong technical analytics skills, and proven experience leading teams and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
The ideal candidate can move seamlessly between RCM operations, data, analytics, technology, and senior stakeholders — defining the problem, challenging methodologies, translating requirements into scalable solutions, and owning delivery from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end RCM analytics initiatives covering claims, billing, payments, AR, denials, collections, eligibility, and patient responsibility.
· Define, validate, and continuously improve RCM KPIs and methodologies including NCR, GCR, DAR/DSO, AR Aging, Denial Rate, Clean Claim Rate, Claim Lag, Payment Lag, and Revenue per Visit.
· Translate complex RCM business problems into data requirements, analytical frameworks, business rules, and actionable insights.
· Be hands-on with SQL, Python, and Power BI; independently analyze data, validate logic, review code, and challenge analytical outputs.
· Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts, BI developers, data engineers, and analytics professionals.
· Own project delivery end-to-end, including scope, requirements, solution design, execution, testing, stakeholder management, timelines, risks, and production delivery.
· Partner directly with US healthcare/RCM clients and senior stakeholders; lead discovery sessions, solution discussions, business reviews, and executive presentations.
· Establish standards for data quality, KPI governance, analytical accuracy, documentation, and delivery excellence.
· Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, AI, benchmarking, anomaly detection, and advanced analytics to improve RCM outcomes.
· Build scalable, repeatable analytics products and solutions rather than one-off reports or dashboards.
Must-Have Qualifications
· 7+ years of strong relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM, healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, RCM consulting, or a closely related domain.
· Deep and practical understanding of the US Healthcare RCM lifecycle and its operational and financial drivers.
· Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI - this is not a purely managerial role.
· Proven track record of leading analytics/BI teams and delivering complex projects from requirements through production.
· Experience defining business rules, KPI methodologies, analytical frameworks, and data validation processes.
· Strong understanding of healthcare claims, payments, adjustments, denials, AR, payer behavior, and revenue realization.
· Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
· Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Strongly Preferred
· Experience working with US physician groups, medical practices, RCM organizations, or healthcare technology companies.
· Experience with EMR/PMS platforms such as Athenahealth, NextGen, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, ModMed, or similar.
· Experience with Snowflake, Azure, cloud data platforms, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT.
· Experience building healthcare analytics products or platforms rather than only traditional reporting.
· Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, AI, benchmarking, or anomaly detection in healthcare/RCM.
· Experience managing client-facing analytics programs or multiple concurrent implementations.

We are looking for a builder and leader - not someone who simply manages a reporting team. The successful candidate should be able to understand an RCM problem, determine the right analytical approach, work with the underlying data, guide the technical team, validate the methodology and output, communicate findings to senior stakeholders, and own the outcome.
The candidate should have the credibility to challenge an RCM methodology when needed, the technical depth to understand how the numbers are generated, and the leadership ability to take a team from requirements to a production-ready solution.
