Key Responsibilities'
Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth joining experience for new employees.
Address and resolve employee grievances, concerns, and HR-related queries in a timely and effective manner.
Handle attendance-related concerns and correction requests, ensuring accurate attendance records.
Conduct regular skip-level meetings and employee connect sessions to understand concerns, gather feedback, and improve employee engagement.
Provide HR support to employees and managers during the night shift, ensuring smooth HR operations and employee assistance.
Partner with Operations and leadership teams to address employee relations and workforce-related requirements.
Monitor employee engagement, absenteeism, attrition, and other HR metrics for the assigned teams.
Support performance management, employee retention, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure effective communication of HR policies, processes, and organizational updates to night-shift employees.
Maintain strong coordination with Operations, HR, and leadership teams to ensure seamless employee support during night hours.
key Skills
3–4 years of relevant HRBP / HR Generalist experience, preferably in US Healthcare RCM/BPO.
Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven RCM environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/HR tools
